Cancellation Policy: Reservations are fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in, with the exception of Special Event Dates and group agreements.

Pet Policy: Dogs and cats are welcome in select rooms for a one-time fee of $50 (up to two pets). Pet owners are responsible for picking up after pets, not leaving pets unattended, and leashing pets while in common areas and outside as required by law.
No Smoking Policy: The Black Hawk Hotel has been designated a smoke-free environment. Any guest who violates this rule will be assessed a $250 fine and may face immediate eviction.
Quiet Enjoyment Policy: The Black Hawk Hotel reserves the right to evict a guest who interferes with other guests’ right to quiet enjoyment. No refunds will be issued.
